Introduction

It is true that when people hear the name Ajmer: immediately, the first thing, which comes to mind is Ajmer Dargah Sharif. This entire city is popularly known for this white marble tomb complex of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chisty, and that is the most visited tourist attraction. About Ganesh Garh

The city of Ajmer is among the oldest cities in Rajasthan. That is why historical and religious places are very commonly found over there. It is also a pilgrimage site of Jainas, Muslims, and Hindus. This temple has a great religious significance because it is dedicated to Lord Ganesha. According to Hindu theology, Lord Ganesha is the most prominent elephant-headed Hindu god. Hindu theology also defines him as the god of people, as his name also reflects the same.

For example, if we bifurcate the name Ganesha into two parts, Gana and Ishwar. Gana means the people and Ishwar mean god. So, it becomes, Ganesha is the God or Lord of the Gana or People. If you are not in Ajmer, then you first reach there. There are 3 ways to reach Ajmer.

By Train - You can reach the Ajmer junction easily through the railway.

By Air - There is a Kishangarh Airport, which is the nearest within Ajmer district. After arriving at the airport, you can hire a taxi directly to your destination in Ajmer.

If you are in Ajmer, you can either hire a personal vehicle or use local transportation. You can get an auto either from the Railway station or the Ajmer bus stand to Ganesh Garh.
